Today, climate change is the most imperative challenge in front of the human race. Yet the aviation policy has turned a deaf ear towards it, as it itself is one of the major sources of growing greenhouse gases causing environmental menace. Hence, it is impractical to believe that government can achieve its goal of cutting carbon dioxide emissions by 60% by 2050.
